Our newest tiramisu flavour, injoelmi is soybean powder that is frequently used to coat mochi. You might've seen it as an ice-cream or shaved ice flavour (one of our favourite ways to consume it) + since we haven't invented a new tiramisu flavour in awhile, we knew we had to come up with a good one!
